Passive FAQ
- Are the boxes free flow?
- If you want to see up to date gate/time information then you must have accurate Airline, flight number and departure city. They are pulled from Sabre. You can continue if the information is not available from Sabre; by providing the arrival information. However, if you do so; then you will not receive up-to-date gate/time info.
- When booking passive air segments, is the booking URL mandatory?
- Are all required fields case sensitive?
- The system convert it to all cap before sending to Sabre
- How do you add connecting flights when entering passive air segments?
- Need to add a trip for each flight segment.
- Is there a limited amount of characters in the “notes” box?
- Will tour company logos pull through to the itinerary/trip?
- Why are non-preferred car companies reflected?
- For agencies that may not have booked a preferred but would still like to reflect the booking on the itinerary.
- What if a car is booked via a tour operator? Can it still be added as a passive segment?
- It will need to be added in the notes section of the passive tour component
