- Where does it state commission levels?
- Click on “view hotel”.
- See Icons to right of pricing of room search list. Arrows pointing in the opposite direction indicates commission is adjustable.
- Some hotels will not offer adjustable rates. It varies by hotel. Once a room is chosen the commission can be adjusted on the invoice screen;
- Your agency can default commission levels in “settings” located in dashboard
- Note: Beds on line rates are NET; Sabre rates may include 10% comm
- Who gets the segment credit if a Sabre hotel is booked?
- The Sabre segment credit goes to tripXpress
- Is the invoice sent directly to the Agency or via tripXpress?
- Invoices are sent directly to the agency
- Is there a price sort feature?
- Will non refundable rates display at the room selection screen?
- Yes, they will be indicated by a red icon
- How do I know what the cancel policies are if a hotel transfer is booked?
- If cancel policy information is provided; then it will be visible on the room selection screen. Some cancel policy information will not be visible until after the hotel is added to the trip
