Nothing is held until “booking” stage. At that time the system will recheck availability

What is the time you have to complete the booking before timing out?
the amount of time depends on the cruise line. Every cruise line will "hold" a cabin temporarily differently. In most cases, it is between 15-20 minutes, depending on the cruise line.
All other segments (including cruise) will have availability re-checked prior to actual booking
On the invoice is it the agency logo on the top left or tripXpress?
Agency (as long as it has been previously uploaded in your Travelsavers/NEST profile)
Can agents use current crusieexpress booking engine and add those bookings to the itinerary?
Yes- they can actually pull the active booking into the itinerary
Where do you enter passport info?
Under "More Options" when adding the Passenger Information
If I make a booking on the CruiseExpress booking Engine will I have access to it in TripXpress?
Go to “my Trips” under options on the task bar
Enter the CruiseExpress booking number, travel type and client name
