In most cases hotel information will need to be provided to the tour company. This info should be asked for up front by the system; if not you will need to be sure the tour provider has this information.
Is there anywhere to select specific tour times if multiple daily tours are offered?

If we are providing tickets, is it a live connect environment with the tour operation or is it up to the agent to call in and confirm with the tour company?
All Day tours are non-ticketed/ticketed tours. Provider will NOT honor these reservations unless the hotel information is provided for pick up
